The sink encodes the same 8 bytes a badge expects on
PHONE_LINK_FEATURES_UUID (bass, mid, treble, energy, beat,
shader, then little-endian uint16 seq — see
src/phone_link.h) and writes them at 30 Hz. The fake sink
logs those bytes instead of transmitting them.
